Diabetes mellitus is one of the common metabolic disorders, and 2.8% of the population suffers from this disease throughout the world. An important finding showed that DPP concentrations up to 120 mg/kg showed the best effects on sperm parameters [80] and DPP suspension increases the plasma levels of estradiol and testosterone [80].
